Julio LV — widely recognized from his time as part of Designó — officially begins his solo chapter with the release of his debut album under Empire Latino, Loco y Vago.

His years with the group helped shape the vocal identity that now defines this new era in his career.

The album arrives alongside a short documentary, now available on YouTube, capturing the creative process and the team behind the project. Among the key figures is Cricket, one of the early pioneers of the banda-rap fusion movement in California and the album’s producer, whose influence was essential in shaping the project’s sound. Also featured is Eddie Choppo, Julio LV’s manager, who has guided the strategy and transition into this solo phase.

The documentary offers an inside look at the making of the album, the vision behind it, and the direction Julio is embracing moving forward.
